What is it with guys named del Toro? Being incredibly talented, and sometimes sexy,

seem to go with the territory. Benecio is currently filming Things We Lost in The Fire with Halle Berry (who acted surprisingly well in the underrated Perfect Stranger) in Vancouver, and will star in The Wolf Man, written by Se7en penman Andrew Kevin Walker, set to begin filming in 2008.
Guillermo del Toro, genius conceptualizer that he is, has a new film called The Orphanage opening December 28. The 2 second synopsis: A woman returns to the orphanage where she grew up with the intention of opening a home for handicapped children. Her son makes an invisible friend, who turns out to be the same "friend" that terrorized the woman when she was a child. Also on Guillermo's plate, a remake of the British sci-fi TV series "The Champions".
